Yes. Pro policies add merchant-defined requirements on top of the standard checks.

The standard checks always run. A custom policy adds requirements within an explicit scope:
- Start from a Google, warehouse, strict, or internal template.
- Require SKUs and/or barcodes, choose a character set (portable or alphanumeric), a maximum length, a prefix or suffix, or an anchored SKU pattern.
- Enable the Google GTIN policy to require 8, 12, 13, or 14-digit GTINs with valid check digits.
- Scope rules by product status, vendor, product type, or tag.
